cream
Flour - 5 tablespoons
Cocoa - 2 tablespoons
Eggs - 5
Bitter cocoa - 1 tablespoon
Sugar - 5 tablespoons
Cream - 200 gr
Icing sugar - 4 tablespoons
Vanilla essence - 3 drops (optional)
A pinch of butter ,1 envelope of yeast
How to prepare chocolate cake filled with chocolate cream
To make a delicious chocolate cake filled with chocolate
cream, the first thing we will do is cream. For this we put in a bowl the
cream, which has to be very cold, and the icing sugar, and beat it until it
thickens. Then add the cocoa and vanilla essence (optionally), stir well and
reserve in the refrigerator.
Then we go to prepare the cake. For this, the first thing we
will do is put the oven to preheat at 180ยบ C, with heat above and below. While
it is hot, mix the eggs and sugar in a large enough container. When both
ingredients are well beaten and a frothy mixture is left, we add the flour
mixed with the yeast and the cocoa, but little by little. Stir well until all
the ingredients are well integrated and reserve.
We take a round or rectangular mold and grease it lightly
with butter, if not silicone. Then pour the dough that we have prepared and put
the mold in the oven. We leave the cake until we see that the cake is made. To
check it, we puncture with a knife. If the cake is clean, remove the cake from
the oven and allow it to cool to room temperature.
Once the cake is cold, unmold and cut it in two, making a
horizontal cut. Then, place on the bottom the chocolate cream we have prepared,
spreading it well over the entire surface. Close with the other part of the
cake and spread the remaining chocolate cream on the surface of the cake.
To make it more colorful we can decorate it with chocolate
shavings, nuts dipped in chocolate or mint leaves, to taste. Enjoy your meal!
